The Celebrity Love Island star had her first boob job 18 months ago.
She resorted to the op when an eating disorder left her flat-chested.
With her weight plummeting to under 8 stone Bianca dropped to a
size 6-8 and her cup size from a C cup to an A. In February 2006 she
had an enlargement “Despite my illness I wanted to feel womanly,
so I paid £6k for a boob job.”
